The Canada Year Book has guided readers to a better understanding and knowledge of Canada since it was first printed in 1867. In that year, it chronicled the political, vital and trade statistics of the day, and ‘public events of interest’. Since then, it has continued to be one of Canada’s most comprehensive reference resources.
